Options Copilot is a trading analytics and tracking tool. It connects to your existing brokerage account(s) through SnapTrade to provide strategy classification, performance tracking, and AI-powered analysis. It is not a brokerage, trading platform, financial advisor, or investment advisor.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Service connects to your brokerage through SnapTrade, a third-party integration provider. By connecting, you authorize SnapTrade to access your brokerage data on the Service's behalf. The Service operates in a non-custodial capacity — we cannot access your funds, place trades, or modify your account.
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; reverse engineer any part of it; attempt unauthorized access; use it to develop a competing product; resell or redistribute access; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
